On November 19, 2018, Leonardo Worldwide was acquired by Jonas Software, an operating group of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU). We are very excited about what this means for our future and are confident that Jonas is the right fit for Leonardo. Jonas’ philosophy is to let the companies they buy continue to operate as independent brands while supporting and guiding them to reach their full potential.

Mark Charlinski is the CEO of Leonardo Worldwide. In his most recent role as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Mark was responsible for leading Marketing, Account Management and Sales to shape the future of Leonardo as a leading technology company in the global travel industry. Mark has been influential in evolving the positioning of the company’s software products numerous times over a span of twelve years. In a number of Sales and Business Development leadership positions at Leonardo, he has ensured that Leonardo continues to meet the increasingly complex needs of the travel landscape. He has been credited with uncovering new, untapped revenue streams that have been instrumental to Leonardo’s growth and success to date.
